The gym equipment, though limited, was still functional.
Unfortunately, there were significant disappointments during my stay. My Junior Suite, which I expected to be a luxury, was dusty and worn, with the bathroom cabinets showing signs of neglect. It was disheartening to find the reception staff unfriendly, making me feel like I was not valued as a guest from Expedia, which added to the overall negative experience.

Etten-Leur vibes 🌞
The female staff at reception were super friendly, especially Suzanne who was so understanding with my shower gel complaint. The wellness facilities were really nice and relaxing, and I jived with the food—ate there almost every night!
The brekkie could’ve been better, had a dry chicken in the salad once that was a bit disappointing.

absolutely terrible stay. the room was dusty, old, and lacked any semblance of luxury. i was given no upgrade despite my special requests, and the bathroom had a pesky lock of hair on the floor—disgusting! the breakfast wait was outrageous. i almost thought of leaving a good review but I just couldn't, not after this horrible service.

Great room and helpful staff!
We had a nice stay for 5 nights. The comfort double room was super cozy with an awesome bed. Breakfast was a hit with many choices. Front desk staff were really nice, helping us with everything we needed. Just wish the lighting in the room was better. it felt a bit dark sometimes.

The spacious Comfort Double Room had a king-sized bed that was so soft, I almost sank into it! The breakfast buffet was decent. I appreciated the variety, especially fresh fruits and pastries, but I think 15 euros per person is a tad steep. The fitness center, although small, had functional equipment for a decent workout.
